Wholistic Place DAY CAMP

Is CAMP for YOU?

  • Are you a Yoga teacher looking to expand your language, be more creative and hone your wholistic eye?

  • Are you a Yoga student curious to embody your practices outside a lineage of basic cues and traditional shapes?

  • Are you a body worker or seeker, excited to connect with community and explore links with each other and the natural world?

  • Do you thrive in community and wonder how to celebrate your unique self and still belong to something bigger?

If you identify with any of the above, CAMP is for you!

If you want to feel young, act like a child!  What better way to tap vitality than gathering on a summer day to connect with others in a meaningful, playful way?  Imagine the breeze and birdsong lovingly carrying messages of the heart & mind directly to you.

CAMP is a progressive experience that offers campers a variety of contemplative, playful, practical ways to tap into their individual paths as they merge onto the collective highway.

You will leave CAMP with:

  • A renewed sensory awareness and deeper understanding of how you are connected to the world outside your body

  • A clear vision of yourself as part of the universal collective, without disowning your distinct style

  • A natural rise in your own frequency and deeper connection to nature

  • A connection with other campers through movement, storytelling, silence, mindful eating and more

  • A deeper connection to your senses, to self & others

Who are we and why CAMP with us?

Theresa Tobin Macy is a decades-long massage therapist, Yoga educator & Yoga therapist, whose style of teaching is well informed, science & anecdote inspired and lovingly shared through her soft, strong, confident voice. Sherry Sadoff Hanck is a 23-year practitioner & teacher of Yoga & meditation whose style is story & humor-inspired, a mix of traditional lineage and modern sensibility, mixed with love. Their paths connected on the mat and years later detoured into a podcast called, Anecdotal Anatomy – casual conversations about the stories our bodies hold and the stories they tell, based on their combined knowledge, stories and curiosity. Together, Theresa & Sherry’s playful, reverent, energies & particular perspectives, create a well-balanced, fun approach to learning. CAMP is Anecdotal Anatomy in Action!
